Q: Can I get samples for the test? Is it free of charge?
A: Yes, we provide samples free of charge, with freight collection. The samples can be in sheets (5 sheets) or small rolls (24"x5m).
Q: How about the goods package? Is the customized OEM packing & logo accepted?
A: Usually with neutral packing. One roll per box, with pallet. Also, OEM packing is available for free. You need just inform us of your logo & packing information in detail. We will do it for you.
Q: How about the shipment?
A: It depends on your area, we use TNT/FedEx/DHL for samples and sea-shipping for bulk quantity orders. But cost-saving and fast efficiency can be guaranteed.
Q: Is there any discount for large quantities?
A: Yes. It will be depending upon what you ordered, and the quantity.
Q: What is the lead time for delivery?
A: Usually 3-10 working days after payment (deposit). It depends on material stock and order quantity.
